Create standard objects - workflow

1. create new objects via ARM;

2. assign objects to the services;

3. generate source code (Read-Only or Read-Write or both, depending on the user's necessity);

4. copy those file in the corresponding modules (after the objects are copied to the specific folder the project must be builded to continue, after this step the port must be open and also open the wpf project for those objects recently mapped, when the application is loaded the update service references is the next step required, because this is the process the tell’s the solution about the new objects);

5. create views and view-models in Visual Studio.(the order is create first the viewmodel and after the project which contains this viewmodel is build, create the view. This step is required because in the view the viewmodel is specified).
